Global Village Consulting Inc. Releases Open Source GVC.SiteMaker 4.0 Vancouver, BC, April 1, 2006 – Global Village Consulting has released the 4.0 major update to GVC.SiteMaker – a very powerful, yet easy-to-use tool for creating custom websites. New features include streamlined editing of text/image sections, a new Mixed Media type section, login/logout links, and the ability to copy a single section. GVC.SiteMaker is a web application that empowers non-technical users to create highly customized websites and web databases. It comes with an extensive distributed management architecture tailored for academic settings, which allows schools, colleges, departments, laboratories and other local units to have full control and responsibility for their materials. “GVC.Sitemaker is revolutionizing my life.
