VANCOUVER, CANADA, July 17, 2001: Global Village Consulting Inc., a leading developer of Object Oriented web based applications, today announced it has completed the development of Data Upload and User Management solutions for the FxVol Research Ltd. web site. Vancouver based FxVol
Research Ltd., is exclusively concerned with the analysis of the cash FX and FX options markets (currency trading).

FxVol Research Ltd. contracted Global Village Consulting to develop the applications needed to support the desired web site. The process developed enables the automatic retrieval of spot FX data from Bridge Information systems into Excel spreadsheets for
each currency. The corresponding analysis charts are then automatically updated, saved as *.gif files, and uploaded to the website. The analysis charts are refreshed on the web site on an hourly or daily basis, depending upon the type of chart. The resulting
database of charts enables FX options subscribers and traders up-to-date analysis of the FX markets.

As well, the fxvolresearch.com web site was updated to incorporate a functional registration form, enabling the site administrator to create various levels of access to the site for its users. Features such as e-mail messaging, password creation, and security
were also incorporated into this function. In order to ensure access to the most updated charts for its world-wide users, FxVol Research Ltd. had Global Village Consulting set up a redundant Internet connection for chart uploading purposes.
